Trust IP™ Legal

Terms of Use

Effective August 26, 2026

Platform purpose

Trust IP App™ is an intellectual-property governance, evidence, workflow and decision-support platform. It can organize records, provenance, ownership evidence, rights questions, approvals, valuations, opportunities, diligence and compliance activity. It does not itself create legal ownership, perfect a security interest, register a copyright or trademark, file a patent, issue a legal opinion or replace qualified counsel.

Authority and roles

An app account, display role or Trust IP permission does not by itself establish real-world trustee, officer, attorney, investor, licensee or other legal authority. Authority-bearing role changes require an evidence-backed administrative workflow, but signed governing documents and applicable law control legal authority.

User content and evidence

You are responsible for having the right to upload, store and manage content you submit. You retain your rights in your content. You authorize the platform and its infrastructure providers to store, process and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service. Evidence labels, confidence states and internal certifications must not be misrepresented as third-party legal determinations.

Valuations and opportunity outputs

Internal strategic valuations, opportunity counts, readiness scores, multipliers, financing scenarios and other decision-support outputs are not independent appraisals, securities valuations, lender commitments, tax opinions, legal opinions or guarantees of monetization. Source evidence and stated assumptions govern how those outputs should be interpreted.

Billing and access

Submitting an access request or selecting a displayed plan does not charge a card, create a subscription or guarantee access. The current production mode supports evidence-backed manual/external billing. Access may be provisioned only after the applicable approval and billing evidence gates are satisfied. Self-serve processor billing must not be assumed unless the platform expressly identifies a verified active connector.

Availability and security

Reasonable controls are used to govern access, but no software system can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security. Users must protect credentials, use appropriate internal governance and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to upload unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, falsify provenance, impersonate authority, evade access controls, introduce malicious code or create false legal, registration, payment, valuation or clearance claims.

Operational support

Use the governed access/support request flow available from the public Pricing page for production access and service questions. Material service arrangements may be subject to separate written agreements that control in the event of a conflict.
