Privacy Policy

Information we process
Trust IP App™ may process account information, role and access records, intellectual-property records, chain-of-title and provenance evidence, documents, valuation inputs, deal and revenue records, compliance deadlines, access requests, audit events and information you intentionally submit through platform workflows.
Private documents and access
New Document Vault files are stored using private Base44 storage. The platform stores a private file URI rather than a permanent public download URL. When an authorized user requests access, the platform rechecks access and creates a short-lived signed URL. Legacy records that predate this production control may remain provider-controlled Google Drive/Google Docs links and are identified as Legacy External records. Access to those links is additionally governed by the external provider's sharing and authentication settings.
Security and operational records
Role changes, sensitive document access, billing-state decisions and production actions are recorded through governed backend workflows. Public access-request forms use server-side validation, a honeypot and rate limiting. The rate-limit ledger stores a one-way hashed request key rather than a raw network address.
Email and service providers
The platform uses Base44 infrastructure and may use the connected Gmail account for operational access-request and compliance notifications. A successful send record means the provider accepted the send request; it does not prove that a recipient read or acted on a message.
Billing information
Trust IP currently operates in evidence-backed manual/external billing mode. The public access-request form does not collect card data and does not charge a payment method. No Stripe or other self-serve card processor is represented as active unless a verified production connector is separately enabled. If an external payment provider is used, its privacy practices also apply to information processed by that provider.
Retention and requests
Operational records may be retained as reasonably necessary for governance, security, rights provenance, billing evidence, audit, dispute prevention and legal obligations. To request review, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use the governed access/support request flow on the Pricing page. Some evidence or audit records may need to be preserved where legitimate legal, security or governance obligations require retention.
No sale of conversation or portfolio data
Trust IP does not treat customer portfolio records as advertising inventory. Access to portfolio data is controlled by platform permissions and the applicable service relationships.
