Trust IP™ Access
Controlled Access Agreement
Effective August 26, 2026 · production-access framework
Controlled access
Access is granted to a specific approved account and role. Invitations, demonstrations and access requests do not create authority to act for a trust, company, rights holder, investor or other party. Do not share credentials or attempt to access information outside your authorized scope.
Confidentiality
Portfolio data, chain-of-title evidence, deal information, valuation material, documents, internal governance records and non-public workflows may be confidential. Use them only for the approved purpose and do not redistribute them without appropriate authority.
Data responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawful submission of information they enter. Unknown, disputed, partial or unverified facts should remain identified as such rather than being promoted to verified fact.
Billing and entitlement
A request for access does not create a charge or entitlement. Trust IP currently supports governed manual/external billing. Active access requires the applicable administrative approval and billing evidence or approved waiver. A displayed plan price is not proof that payment was made.
Professional judgment
Trust IP supports governance and diligence but does not replace attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, appraisers, registries, lenders, insurers or other qualified professionals where their judgment or authority is required.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or disabled when evidence, billing, security, authority or policy conditions are not satisfied. Audit and provenance records may be preserved when necessary for legitimate governance, security or legal purposes.
